We offer the following convenient methods:

- Send your request via fax to (626) 336-3748.
- Contact our customer service department using our Contact Form
The following information must be supplied:
- Your invoice number.
- A description of the problem.
- Valid serial numbers on each product presented for exchange.
After Receiving Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
Write your RMA number legibly on the return label.
Return the entire package to:

- Product must be returned within 10 days of receiving an RMA number. All products received beyond 10 days will not be accepted for return.
- Shipper is responsible entirely for paying postage, shipping, and insurance. Dynavox Electronics, Inc. is also not responsible for any damages as well as any other natural disasters which may incur during transit. Dynavox Electronics, Inc. will pay shipping when the product has been replaced.
Product Replacement
When exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement item once Dynavox Electronics, Inc. receives, approves and processes the returned item. Items will not be accepted if the terms and conditions are not followed. The remaining warranty from the original warranty period still stands.
